Available to BigCommerce stores on the Gold plan or above, the abandoned cart saver allows you to send automated reminder emails to shoppers who left products in their cart. These emails can be customized in terms of the timing, the frequency and the design, giving you maximum flexibility to test strategies and find the one that works best for your audience. You can also see how many carts were abandoned and how many were converted to sales due to a reminder email.
We love this new feature, although we wish it was available for all plans. Maybe in the future BigCommerce could offer the service as a free trial so that store owners could measure the value before committing to a more expensive plan? Just our two cents.
