Packaged Development & Design Services
If you are building a store from scratch, our packaged e-commerce services are the best choice. We provide everything you need from setup to launch, delivering a completed e-commerce website in 4-6 weeks. Here’s how we work:
Initial Intake Meeting
In order to find out what you need from your store, we’ll have an initial in-person or phone meeting to discuss your business. We’ll talk about your products, discuss possible store layouts and color schemes, decide what optional features should be included and review your brand assets (if any). When the meeting is completed, we’ll have all the information we need to get started with the creation of your store.
First Review
Approximately two weeks after our initial meeting, we’ll send you a link to your in-progress store. At this point, we’ll ask for your feedback on the basic layout and design that we’ve completed so far. We’ll walk you through all of the different types of pages and show you the various features that have been implemented. During this stage, we will also finalize your shipping and payment options.
Second Review
Depending on the extent of your feedback, we’re typically ready to show you a revised store within one week from the First Review. At this point, your store layout, design and features will be launch-ready. You’ll give us any final feedback on the design/layout and provide us with your product information so that we can get your products uploaded into the system.
Delivery and Training
One to two weeks later (depending on the number of products in your store), we’ll present your completed store! At this point, all design/layout work will be completed, all products will be loaded into the system, payment processing will be setup and your store will be ready to take orders. During this meeting, we’ll give you a tour of the administrative systems, training you on how to add and modify products, how to process orders and how to create discounts and promotions. If desired, you can purchase additional stand-alone services (see below).

Stand-Alone E-Commerce and Marketing Services
Some business owners prefer to complete some of their website development and design in-house, or have the skills to do it themselves. Others want to extend their relationship with us to take advantage of additional functions we provide. In those cases, we offer the following service a la carte:
Product Upload
You set up and design your own BigCommerce store, but we handle the formatting and uploading of all your products and product images.
Logo/Graphics Design
If you don’t have a logo or graphics (banners, tiles, etc) for your store, we can create a basic ones for you. We also have partnerships with graphic designers who can create more complex and/or creative graphics for your store.
Copywriting
We’ll write text for all of your pages, including product descriptions. This service can be purchased whether you hire us to build your store or you choose to do it yourself.
Marketing Strategy & Program Setup
We develop a written online marketing strategy for your website based on your sales goals and budget. We can also set up marketing programs for you, including Pay-per-Click campaigns, shopping engines, affiliate programs and email marketing. This service can be purchased whether you hire us to build your store or you choose to do it yourself.
Training Sessions
We provide basic training as part of our packaged solution, but you can purchase additional training sessions for new employees or just to give you a refresher.
