How do I change the photo when certain options are selected in V3?

If you sell products in different colors, you may want to change the main product photo when different colors are selected. This can also apply for other option types. In the V3 product experience, this is done on the variant level.

First, go to Products > View and click on the product you want to edit. Next, scroll down to the Variants section. Next to each sku, click the icon of a photo to upload the photo associated with that variant.

Note that in V3, you cannot assign an image change rule that applies to all variants with the same color. You’ll need to manually upload your blue photo (for example) to Blue Small, Blue Medium and Blue Large variants.

Save your changed when finished.
