How do I disable abandoned cart emails?

By default, your store will include three abandoned cart emails. These emails are sent to shoppers who begin checkout but don’t complete it. These emails help you capture some sales that you may not have otherwise. If you get complaints or just don’t want to use them, you can disable all or some of your abandoned cart emails.

Go to Marketing > Abandoned Cart Notifications. In the Active column, click the green check for any or all of the emails you wish to disable. Disabled notifications will then have a red X. Changes are saved automatically.
