I added a script to my web page but it’s showing the code instead of the form/content?

You may need to add a script to display a custom form, a map or some other piece of content from a 3rd party website. You added it, but instead of seeing the content, you’re seeing code. That’s because scripts need to be added in HTML view to function.

To fix the problem, go to Storefront > Web Pages and edit the page with the issue. Within the text editor, look at the bottom right of the icons to find the HTML button. Click that to open HTML view. Delete everything you see and then re-add your script. Click the Update button and then Save. Check your website and you should see the content displaying properly now.
