Where can I see the people who have signed up for my email list?

Ideally if you plan to do email marketing, you’ll want to sign up with an email marketing provider. Some popular options are Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Constant Contact. Once you have an account created, you can connect it to your store using an app. This will ensure that anyone who signs up for your emails gets automatically added to your list.

However, you may not have an email marketing program yet. Or you may be using a provided that doesn’t have an integration (app) for BigCommerce. In that case, you can view and download subscribers directly.

Go to Marketing > Email Marketing and click on the Export tab. You can download subscribers to a CSV file.
