My BigCommerce support services are ideal for businesses of all sizes, whether you need help managing basic store tasks or strategic consulting to take your sales to the next level.

BigCommerce Support to Fit Your Needs
I offer three levels of support so you can find a plan that works best for you. By subscribing, you’ll save money compared to my full hourly rate for ad hoc work ($120/hour). Support plans can be used for a wide variety of tasks, including website design work, store updates, strategy calls and more. See details below the plans for more information.

More About BigCommerce Support Plans
Depending on which plan you choose, you’ll have task credits which can be applied to work each month. Small tasks are ones that take up to 30 minutes, while large tasks can take up to 60 minutes. Please note that unused task credits don’t rollover from one month to the next. However, you can use your credits for so many types of work that it won’t be difficult to find ways to use them. And of course, if you no longer need ongoing support, you can cancel your support plan at any time.

All support plans include access to my weekly Office Hours, an open hour of live Q&A held over Zoom. In addition, support subscribers can attend my monthly Happy Hour sessions, where clients can network, share ideas and learn from each other.
Free BigCommerce Support
If you don’t wish to subscribe to a support plan, you have several options. For email questions and advice, I will reply as time permits (up to a week response time). You can also access blog posts and other helpful resources on my website, or attend my weekly Office Hours sessions.
For any work requested, you’ll receive an invoice at the end of the month based on my full hourly ad hoc rate of $120/hour. There is a 30 minute minimum for all invoices ($60).
