The first step is a discovery call during which we’ll discuss your products and store setup needs. We’ll also talk about how you want your new BigCommerce store to look, from colors and fonts to layout and navigation. This includes whether to build a custom theme or customize an existing marketplace theme. After the discovery call, I’ll provide you with an outline of the sessions we’ll need and what we’ll be completing during each one.
