My BigCommerce training sessions are conducted over Zoom. Choose from one-on-one training on the topic of your choice, comprehensive control panel training or affordable group sessions. Unlike BigCommerce’s training packages, my educational sessions are customized to your business and affordable for merchants of all sizes.
30-Minute Training Session
Available topics include product/category setup, theme customization, Page Builder, store setup, promotions/coupons, Mailchimp/Klaviyo basics and Google Analytics.

Control Panel Training
A 2-hour comprehensive session, customized to your business. Training will cover processing orders, adding/editing products, promotions, settings, Page Builder and more.

Page Builder Training
A 1-hour group training session that covers how and when to use Page Builder, plus advanced tips and tricks to help you design a homepage that engages shoppers.
