Whether you’re launching a new store or improving an existing one, I design BigCommerce websites that are fast, user-friendly, and built to support real business growth. You’ll work directly with an experienced BigCommerce web designer, and every project is tailored to your brand and your customers—so your store not only looks right, but performs the way it should.

Why Work With Me as Your Website Designer?
When you hire a BigCommerce designer, you’re not just choosing a service—you’re choosing how your project gets done. Here’s what that looks like when you work with me.
Here’s what sets me apart:
Direct, One-on-One Collaboration: You’ll work directly with me throughout your project—no account managers, no handoffs, and no outsourcing.
BigCommerce-Focused Expertise: I specialize in BigCommerce and understand the platform in depth, from theme customization to store structure and performance.
Clear, Straightforward Communication: I explain technical decisions in plain language so you always understand what’s being done and why.
Design That Supports Performance: My background in e-commerce, usability, and marketing means your store is designed to look good and function effectively.
Tailored to Your Business: Every store is designed around your brand, your products, and your customers—not a pre-built template or a one-size-fits-all approach.
Honest Guidance: I’ll tell you what’s worth doing, what’s not, and where to focus your time and budget.

How I Work as a BigCommerce Web Designer
I deliver design projects through Power Blocks — structured, four-hour collaborative Zoom sessions where we work through your project together in focused increments. No drawn-out timelines, no months of waiting for updates. Each block has a defined scope, a clear outcome, and a fixed cost agreed on before we start.
Step 1: Discovery & Scoping
We start with a call to talk through your goals, your store, and what you need. I’ll ask the right questions and give you an honest assessment of what your project involves — and how many Power Blocks it’s likely to take.
Step 2: Block Planning
I map out the work into discrete Power Blocks, each with a defined scope and deliverable. You’ll know exactly what gets done in each session and what it costs before we schedule anything.
Step 3: Design & Build Sessions
We work through the project block by block. You’re on Zoom with me during each session — so decisions get made in real time, not days later over email. During and at the end of every block, there’s something tangible to review, not just a status update.
Step 4: Testing & Launch
Once the design is complete and approved, I handle final testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile. After launch, I walk you through everything so you can manage your store confidently on your own.
Step 5: Post-Launch Support
Need help after launch? I offer ongoing support plans and consulting packages to help you get the most out of your BigCommerce store. You can also schedule additional Power Blocks for refining your design, adding new features, or scaling up.
