4-Hour Power Block
During your dedicated session, I focus exclusively on your project. We collaborate in real time, make decisions as needed, and move forward without delays.
Post-Session Wrap-Up
Each Power Block includes up to one hour of follow-up work to complete small refinements, or provide documentation or training related to what was completed.
Collaborative Sessions for All Project Types
The benefit of the Power Block method is it’s ideal for any BigCommerce project that needs client input. Because you’re an active participant, you’ll have more visibility into what’s being done and be able to provide real-time feedback and answers to keep things moving forward.
When you schedule a planning call, we’ll discuss your project and how to organize it into focused sessions. Rather than locking your project into a rigid, fixed-scope proposal, I’ll outline a recommended Power Block roadmap, showing what we’ll accomplish in each session and how the project will progress step by step.
If your requirements change or your scope expands, we can simply schedule an additional block. Power Blocks can be grouped tightly to complete projects quickly, or spaced out to accommodate a more phased approach.

Each session is reserved exclusively for your project and availability is limited each month. During your planning call, we’ll determine how many sessions your project requires and schedule them accordingly.

Yes, availability is essential to keep momentum.
We keep a live Zoom session open throughout the block. You don’t need to be present for all four hours, but you should be reachable for approvals or clarification within a reasonable window. Real-time feedback is what allows the process to move quickly and avoid delays.
Each Power Block includes up to one hour of post-session wrap-up work. This may include small refinements, the actual launch (for redesigns or new stores), documentation, or training related to what was completed during the session.
If additional work is required beyond that scope, we’ll schedule another Power Block to continue the project.

Most redesigns, migrations, and launches require multiple Power Blocks. During your planning call, we’ll outline a recommended session roadmap so you know what will be completed during each block.
