Launch Your BigCommerce Store the Right Way

Launching an eCommerce store involves more than just getting products online—it’s about setting up everything correctly from the start.

I offer several store launch services—from full builds and platform migrations to more focused project work—so you can choose the option that best fits your situation. Whether you’re starting from scratch, moving from another platform, or building out an existing business online, the goal is the same: get your store live with a solid foundation in place.

A Practical Approach to Store Launches

Store launches often take longer than they should—not because the work is especially complex, but because the process is inefficient. Too many handoffs, unclear timelines, and constant back-and-forth can turn a straightforward build into a drawn-out project.

My work is built around focused, structured sessions called Power Blocks. Instead of spreading work across weeks, we move through your store in clearly defined blocks—so you can see progress in real time, make decisions as we go, and keep everything moving forward without unnecessary delays.

A typical launch is broken into a series of focused blocks based on your needs—such as setting up products, customizing your theme, configuring store settings, or integrating key apps. Each block has a clear focus, which keeps the work organized, reduces delays, and ensures nothing important gets missed.

You’re involved when it matters, you can see exactly what’s being done, and decisions happen as the work is happening—not days later. That keeps momentum high and avoids the slowdowns that are common with more traditional project structures.

The only exception is the Startup Special, which follows a phased structure rather than Power Blocks. It’s designed specifically for new businesses that may need more time to prepare content, products, or other pieces of the store. The project is broken into three separate phases, each scheduled and prepaid when you’re ready to move forward, so you can build your store at a pace that fits your timeline.

Prefer to Talk It Through?

If you’d rather walk through your project and get a clear recommendation, we can do that. Most conversations are focused on where you are, what you’re trying to accomplish, and which option makes the most sense to move forward efficiently.
