BigCommerce Support Plan

Running a BigCommerce store means questions inevitably come up about features, apps, settings, and next steps. My Monthly Support Plan is designed for merchants who want ongoing access to my experience and guidance without booking a call every time a question arises.

Support is focused on advice and direction, not hands-on work. It’s the right option if you want a reliable way to get answers by email when decisions come up.

Getting Help

How It Works

Support is email-based advice and guidance.

That includes:

  • Clarifying how BigCommerce features work
  • Weighing pros and cons of apps or tools
  • Sanity-checking ideas or approaches
  • Helping you think through options before you act

I don’t provide support or advice by email outside of an active support relationship.

What's Included

With an active Monthly Support Plan, you get:

  • Email support for questions and advice
  • Access to weekly Office Hours, a live, open Q&A session held over Zoom
  • Access to monthly Happy Hour sessions, where clients can connect, share ideas, and learn from each other

The Support Plan does not include hands-on work such as store updates, app setup, design changes, fixes, or development tasks. Those services are always scoped and billed separately.

If you’ve hired me for a project that includes a contract or written agreement (such as a store launch, redesign, Startup Special, or Power Block), email communication related to that project is included for the duration of the engagement.

Once that engagement ends, any ongoing questions or advice by email fall under ongoing support and require an active support plan, a paid support call, or Office Hours.

If you’re considering a new project and want to talk through options, the best place to do that is a discovery call.

Book a 15 minute or 30 minute paid support call for focused, one-on-one help.

Office Hours (Free)
Join my weekly drop-in Office Hours to ask questions live. Available every Thursday at 10am PT. No signup required, just hop in during the scheduled time.

Self-Serve Resources
You can also access free content on my website and YouTube channel, including blog posts,  tutorials, walk-throughs, and best practices.

Training & Coaching
I offer both personal and group sessions to build your BigCommerce skills or get strategic guidance.

Email advice is only available to active support subscribers.

Plan Details

The Monthly Support Plan is $19 per month.

There is no long-term commitment, and you can cancel at any time. It’s designed to give you a clear, reliable way to get advice by email when questions come up, without locking you into ongoing work or requiring you to schedule calls unless you want to.
