All work is completed on a staging site, so your live store stays up and running throughout the process.
The Theme Customization Process
Most theme customization projects are scoped and completed using Power Blocks — focused 4-hour working sessions that are designed to make meaningful progress without dragging on for weeks. During each session, we work through your customizations collaboratively, so you can provide feedback in real time and see your store taking shape as we go.
The number of sessions depends on the scope of your project. Some stores need one Power Block to get things where they need to be; others need two or three.

Theme customization covers a lot of ground, but some projects fall into a more specific category:
