How do I turn off gift certificates?
If your BigCommerce store came with gift certificates enabled, you don’t have to use them. Your business may not be appropriate for gift certificates. Or you may have been hit with gift certificate fraud.
To disable gift certificates, go to Marketing > Gift Certificates. Uncheck the box labeled “Enable Gift Certificates?” and save.
