My logo is too large on my printable invoices and packing slips.
This is one of the most common questions I get. When the store owner goes to print an order invoice, the logo takes up half the page (or more).
The logo on your printable invoice, packing slip and email templates is the same logo you uploaded to your theme. If you uploaded a huge image under Storefront > Logo, you may not notice its size because your theme scales it down to fit. But the invoice, packing slip and emails don’t.
To fix this problem, resize your logo to just larger than you need to display on your theme, then re-upload it. The recommended size for your theme is shown where you upload the logo under Storefront > Logo. If you need a program to resize your logo, try Canva.
