Office Hours are a free, open Q&A session where you can bring BigCommerce-related questions and get help live.

This is a good option if you have a question but don’t need ongoing email support or a one-on-one call.

How Office Hours Work

Office Hours are held live over Zoom and are open to current clients, past clients, and prospective clients. I offer them weekly, and you can drop in any time during the hour.

Office Hours are great for:

  • General questions about BigCommerce features or settings
  • High-level guidance or clarification
  • Questions that don’t require account access or prep

If your question needs private discussion, detailed review, or follow-up, I suggest booking a support call instead.
