Power Block Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work

By booking a Power Block, you are reserving a dedicated block of scheduled working time — not purchasing a guaranteed deliverable, completed task list, or specific outcome.

Power Blocks are collaborative working sessions intended for implementation work, troubleshooting, consulting, strategy, design updates, and related e-commerce tasks completed during the reserved session window.

While I will work diligently to accomplish as much as possible during the session, results will vary depending on task complexity, communication responsiveness, preparedness, and access availability.

2. Client Responsibilities

To participate in the session effectively, you agree to:

  • Be available for communication during the scheduled time (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Provide necessary access credentials and information at least 48 hours in advance
  • Attend the pre-session planning call (if scheduled)
  • Come prepared with a prioritized list of tasks or goals

Failure to provide required information, communication, or access does not pause, extend, reschedule, or refund reserved session time.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 5 days’ notice.
  • Cancellations with more than 5 days’ notice may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 5 days’ notice are non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be permitted based on scheduling availability.
  • Missed appointments, no-shows, repeated reschedule requests, or failure to attend the rescheduled session may require the purchase of a new Power Block.

4. Refunds

Cancellations requested more than 5 days before the scheduled session may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

Sessions canceled with less than 5 days’ notice are non-refundable.

Because Power Blocks reserve dedicated time on my calendar exclusively for your business, the session begins at the scheduled appointment time regardless of client attendance or access availability. Once the scheduled session begins, no refunds or credits will be provided.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the scheduled session, respond during the session, or provide required access does not prevent the session from beginning at the scheduled appointment time.

Clients who miss a scheduled session or fail to attend a rescheduled session may be required to purchase a new Power Block in order to book additional time.

6. Tech & Access Delays

Clients are responsible for providing all requested access credentials, logins, assets, approvals, and technical information prior to the scheduled session.

If required access or materials are not provided in time, do not function properly, or prevent work from being completed during the session window, the reserved session time will not be paused, extended, credited, or refunded.

7. Communication

Unless otherwise agreed, all Power Block sessions will be conducted via a live Zoom call, which will remain open for the full session duration. Clients are expected to remain reasonably available via Zoom (audio or chat) to answer questions and provide feedback during the session.

If you are unresponsive for more than 30 minutes during the block, the session may be ended early at my discretion with no refund.

If you are unable to use Zoom, we may default to email communication. However, email response times may limit how much can be accomplished during the session, and delays caused by slower communication will not result in extended time or partial refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

Any deliverables (if applicable) created during the session remain your property once payment is complete. I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential outcomes in my portfolio or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise.

9. Liability

While I will take all reasonable care to ensure the quality of my work, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from changes made to your site, content, or systems during or after the session.
